Hotel Flawil

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the village, within walking distance of the train station, making it an easy and convenient location for travelers. the bathrooms are clean and well-furnished with great amenities such as modern showers. the rooms are modern and well-designed with excellent art decorations. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent and prompt.

There was a lack of communication between the staff and guests, especially when it comes to staff members who aren't fluent in English.

Great value for money and location Stayed in a budget hotel for a city break and was pleasantly surprised. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to public transportation. the room was modern and up-to-date. Despite the relative small size, the bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast was more than adequate with a good selection of hot and cold foods. the hotel provided great value for money.

Lack of communication and limited service Although the hotel staff was friendly and kind, there was a clear lack of communication and limited service. It was difficult to communicate with the staff who only spoke German.

Stayed here during the new year and had an unforgettable time. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch customer service. The room was bright and clean, had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay and a comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The underground parking was convenient and a huge relief, especially in the cold weather. The hotel's location was a major plus, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants and easy access to transportation.

The breakfast was quite simple and self-service, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. the credit card machine had some issues during checkout, causing a slight delay.

Really kind staff, big and clean room with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good location near train station and city center, private parking available with no extra cost.

For us it was ideal.
